They will never pick up anything correctly. I have used them since November and not a single month. Has my trash or recycling been picked up properly. When I call to complain to get somebody to come pick up my trash or my recycling the receptionist is completely illiterate and will come up with every excuse in the book for why the trash men didn’t do their job. These people have destroyed my garbage can, and several mailboxes in the neighborhood, and regularly leave trash laying in the street and the edge of my yard when they come through. Very unprofessional, and very disrespectful. And when I called in to complain about it, they just told me nobody was going to come back around to clean up the mess they left.

The men who pick up our garbage we are beyond grateful for, they always do a good job, however, the lady who answers the phone (for all the city’s calls) is beyond rude and completely unhelpful. Anytime she answers the refuses to answer my questions or transfer my calls, however when I called 2 weeks ago a different person answered the phone and was nice enough to transfer me over to the garbage man, who was able to quickly answer my question. So caution to anyone needing to call about a question as you will not get answers.
