My doctor made an appointment for me with Dr. Bookout. The appointment was eight or nine weeks out. I got confused (I’m 69) and arrived 30 minutes later than the appointment time but they made me a new appointment. The new appointment was like another month out. Arrived for this appointment and was told they did not accept my insurance. Why didn’t they tell my doctors office that or why didn’t they tell me that the first day I was there? Dr. Bookout is a very well learned doctor. He knows his stuff. I recommend him to anyone who is having problems that they can not resolve. This doctor will get to the root of the problem.
I was not impressed with the outdated office, medical equipment, or doctor. Instead of addressing why I was there and truely giving me any answers. I was basically told I had silent acid reflux and needed to lose weight. Bedside manner wasn't the greatest. I took the other the counter acid reflux medicine which didn't help as that was not my issue. I wasted time off work and copay as I had to reach out for a second opinion else where.
