I've lived here for 2 years & it's quiet. We have to look out for "porch pirates" & sadly some are even residents. It's easy cuz people are either at work or don't notice someone approaching their porch so I always watch online for my deliveries & have HD movement sensory cameras. I also keep an eye out for people roaming in their car around in the park. There are a few areas where one has to turn around cuz the road is just a lane that dead ends with trailers on either side. Property manager don't return calls and can never seem to get the dude on the phone for any reason. This trailer court was better kinda better when someone local owned it at least then you were able to get a hold of someone if u had an issue with something.
