Good-bye East Quays appartments. We have called this place home for the past 8 years. Now, we are at the end of our tenancy. The apartment was always well maintained, staff were great and it was an excellent location. The appartments were bright, filled with light and the amenities were ample. We never felt at risk and always felt safe to call this place home. The building manager was always friendly and knew our whole family of 4 with 2 young children on a first name basis. These apartments are best to invest in as they are relatively cheaper then their other counterparts in runaway bay and labrador which are just 5 mns car drive. I lived this these apartments for a year. It was good at first but turned out to be really disappointing for me. An honest 3 star’s. My room was facing the noisy road and parking was a nightmare.
I just loved the water views. Best tower is tower 3 in terms of density of apartments as well as water views. The entire complex is super secure, family oriented and absolutely amazing. Best apartment in Biggera Waters.
