Ricardo chopped all my hair off without asking me how much I wanted off. All of the layers are extremely uneven. When I got home and examined it I saw how horrible of a hack job he did. I called to get my money back. He refused. I told him I would write a review on google - only then would he give me my money back. I now have to go to a different salon to have it fixed, it looks like a 3 year old took scissors to my hair. I feel violated and mortified. Absolutely amazing!! I never knew my hair could look so good …after many botched hair color jobs by others… I finally found my people at East Q Salon Ricardo & staff from start to finish were incredible
My mom and I had our first appointment in this salon this week and it was a great experience, love the costumer service, Kelly was our hairstylist and we loved her she’s wonderful also the owner very nice and helpful. Thank you so much!
This is the best Salon I ever went to. Ricardo is a fabulous hair stylist and the best with hair color and highlights and haircuts. EQ is a wonderful place and everyone is always happy and nice to be around. Salon EQ the very best Ricardo and Kelly should get 10 stars. I would highly recommend Salon EQ.
