The secretarial staff who answer the phones ARe So dismissive and uncaring.its inhumane... I attempted to call 9x for 1 hour 40 minutes. Constantly staff not answering the phone and put you on hold. I can respect the fact people are busy and waiting on hold is necessary. HOWEVER after being on hold for 35 minutes I called back .same rude unprofessional conduct,,if your lu ky enough you will get a female that will simple say ep housing hold..again and again and again. Moved to this housing authority from Providence housing & they downsized me a bedroom when I have two sons & a daughter told me I have to now share a room with my kids , then i got accepted into a complex I’ve been on the waitlist for years and can’t take it because it’s a 3 bedroom like I’m supposed to have ….
