RJ and his crew were incredibly responsive and helpful when my hot water heater broke down and flooded my basement the week before Thanksgiving. Great service and very knowledgeable. Can't speak highly enough about them. They saved my family holiday!

I called for a non emergency repair and was given a far off date more Than two weeks for repairs. When I asked to get something sooner she said let me check and they could get somebody in two days but it would cost me an emergency surcharge. Cringy That’s the world we live in and it’s sad to have businesses like that on our little island

Rj is the most arrogant self-important tradesman I’ve ever run into. Do not waste your time trying to communicate with him. He will waste your time.
