This community embodies friendliness and cleanliness, creating an inspiring environment. What truly stands out is its dog-friendly nature, featuring a beautifully maintained dog park exclusively for residents.
This is a great community with very nice, well maintained, and well supported apartments. East Pointe has a neighborhood feel with external entrances to all units and very homey feeling, along with a variety of layouts, upstairs and downstairs units, and pool/fitness room. Definite recommend.
The community is beautiful at all times of the year. The maintenance staff is some of the hardest working and dedicated people you will ever meet. The property manager goes above and beyond all expectations for her residents and handles all conflicts with grace and efficiency.
As African-descendants, we had the worst experience with Meghan, the property manager. It’s not what she said, but how she said it that makes the experience very offputting. We don’t have any evidence that she is discriminating against us, but the interaction made us feel that way. We are just flagging this for other minorities that are considering living here.
Meghan at the office is just the most amazing and efficient person I have had the pleasure to deal with. Her response to my calls and emails were right away and she helped us out to make everything so much easier! I would recommend East Pointe for anyone looking for a wonderful place to live !
