Probably the best apartment in the Lansing/Ithaca area. I’ve had a great living experience here. The community is safe and quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the property management is professional. If I weren’t relocating for work, I’d have stayed here much longer.
Spacious apartments, nicely maintained grounds, and very helpful, responsive maintenance staff.
I am leaving a review regarding new staff working here, with one particularly aggressive, unprofessional person in the office who has been there about a month (who likely started summer of 2025). She has raised her voice to the point of yelling at folks who have calmly, gently, called in to voice their concerns. According to the new property manager (the one professional, lovely person on staff), she already has a history of unnecessarily “escalating” things to this degree. I’m loving my new digs at East Point Apartments! It’s clean, well maintained and quiet. Lisa in the office goes above and beyond, and Cole (maintenance) is very responsive to my requests. I’m very pleased with the whole process of downsizing to a more relaxed, carefree lifestyle. Thank you, Stacy, Lisa, Cole and all the staff for making this happen! 👍
