A historical light house with very scenic views, especially at sunset. Tiny sandy area to park for only a handful of vehicles, at the end of a long rough road.
Hopefully the new governor will give the money to open it back up
i don't know if i just went at a lucky time, but despite the inside of the lighthouse being closed, there were a good number of people hanging out at the very small area of beach access or sitting in their cars chillin and watching the thursday sunset. very neat vibes, and you're able to get some good pics of the lighthouse from the outside even if it's closed. it's a *very* small beach, and there's large sandbags and rocks blocking the insane waves here, so it's not like you can do laps, but you can get wet and splash aroun... read more
