Rude and disrespectful
So I was able to get someone on the phone which is great because most places of business are closed due to the holidays and I was able to speak with someone and get valuable insight on my application because I was confused. Now I know what's going on.
Dealing with Veloria Stewart has been a nightmare. She has been nothing but a cancer during my porting process. She is not responsive nor helpful. I’m about to lose my benefits because of her. I was suppose to been moved in my home last month. My rental didn’t pass inspection she didn’t bother to inform the landlord. I have been on the waiting list since 2019 and I can tell you that this doesn’t make any sense. Had the nerve to open the waiting list again to new applicants knowing they didn’t serve the people that are already on the waiting list. It was on the website that you couldn’t reapply because it would knock your application out the system. This doesn’t make any sense.
