The staff was so accommodating and helpful when I needed a last minute appointment to get my dog up to date on vaccines so that I could board her to attend a family funeral. They got her in next day. All of the staff from check-in, doctor, vet assistant, everyone was so friendly and caring. Thank you East Plano Murphy Pet Hospital for taking such good care of Sadie and me.
Earlier this year, but a good while ago, I had a bad experience here. I brought my cat in as a new patient and he ended up passing shortly after. I couldn’t afford the thousands of dollars to help him. Just an unfortunate situation, got it. But while I was there, their demeanor was cold. Even still, fine. Very shortly after that, they sent me some email about an event they were having. I thought that was in very poor taste, but again, fine- I just unsubscribed from their emails. We have three cats and we have such confidence taking them to East Plano Murphy. The staff is always so kind and helpful!
Dr. Anne Fraser was amazing. She was super knowledgeable with decades of experience under her belt. All though, she was not familiar with our pets food name she asked about it instead of acting like a know it all. How refreshing! The cost was fair. The whole visit was easy! Jessica was so very helpful and friendly! We really enjoyed the fact that we were not rushed and made to feel at home. We know our pets are well taken care of at this practice!
