We have three cats and we have such confidence taking them to East Plano Murphy. The staff is always so kind and helpful!
Dr. Anne Fraser was amazing. She was super knowledgeable with decades of experience under her belt. All though, she was not familiar with our pets food name she asked about it instead of acting like a know it all. How refreshing! The cost was fair. The whole visit was easy! Jessica was so very helpful and friendly! We really enjoyed the fact that we were not rushed and made to feel at home. We know our pets are well taken care of at this practice!

I dropped off my cat for his yearly vaccines on Friday. Within three days he became sick — he started sneezing, and it kept getting worse. I brought him back, they kept him for 5–6 hours, gave some antibiotic injections, and sent him home. But instead of improving, he got worse. On Wednesday, he fainted because he couldn’t breathe.
