Dr Erik (Beltz) is an incredible doctor who has helped me reach goals mentally and physically over 5+ years. Reception is always welcoming and helpful.
I have been a regular patient at this clinic and have always appreciated the care my GP provides. However, my recent experience with the front desk was deeply disappointing. The old lady receptionist with short white hair & glasses on, who claimed to be ‘management’—was unprofessional, dismissive, racist, and seemed more focused on extracting a missed appointment fee than offering any understanding or support.
