Their website states that after hours access can be approved on a case by case basis by request. Called in to follow these instructions and was immediately denied. Rates are climbing and are on the high end already, I don't appreciate inflexibility on top of that. Would recommend you take your business elsewhere if you can.
Good customer service. A couple of dollars less then others. Very difficult to have a break in to your storage.
I went to my storage unit and there was mice poop in the hallway and all over my unit/belongings. I called to inform the workers and they told me there was nothing they could do about it and to make a claim with insurance. Very secure location but cramped! And if you move out and while talking,forget anything in the unit,they will charge you a monthly fee,instead of option of tossing it for a fee
Front Desk Sandra is awesome and hilarious 😊 Process was pretty simple. I haven't moved my items in yet, though. Facility is kept very clean.
