Good customer service. A couple of dollars less then others. Very difficult to have a break in to your storage.
I went to my storage unit and there was mice poop in the hallway and all over my unit/belongings. I called to inform the workers and they told me there was nothing they could do about it and to make a claim with insurance. Once I said I was posting a review then they decided to “make a note” of the situation. Part 2 to your reply: thanks for the concern! Very secure location but cramped! And if you move out and while talking,forget anything in the unit,they will charge you a monthly fee,instead of option of tossing it for a fee
Front Desk Sandra is awesome and hilarious 😊 Process was pretty simple. I haven't moved my items in yet, though. Facility is kept very clean.
Renting a U-Haul was so easy. Lisa went above and beyond to assist me. Especially as the main system was making changes to my reservation. She made sure the rental worked perfectly for me.
