New owners removed insurance on storage units. Lock was cut. My new stihl chainsaw was stolen. Good luck trying to contact the owner
1) First issue was I reserved a unit 2 weeks prior to needing it, and managment didn't honour my reservation, explaining someone else would rent it before I needed it and they would make more money this way. I should have bailed right then. 2) Rented a different unit and found furniture left behind by the previous occupants and a dead rodent. I called management and was told I could take it or leave it.
