I Called for an emergency appointment a lady by the name Sheila answered an was very rude from the get go. After listening to my problem she said it’s not emergency, when I told her that I’m really struggling a need to see a Dr!! I was quite bluntly told that you have called us 3 minutes earlier give us call after 3 minutes is that a joke??! I have been at the surgery for a number amount off years. management should look into how Patients are spoken to a not take other work frustration out on patients. ….

Unable to register, staff don't know what their catchment area is or how to register me. Doesn't seem well run, management didnt seem interested to come out and help despite the pracrixe being entirwly empty for the 30 mins i was waiting., wasting my taxes due to government underfunding presumably.

Booked appointment online, receptionist said my appointment was not shown on their computer. I fel disappointed and let down. My guess is my appointment was given to someone else. I was offered next week's appointment, which was unacceptable to me, as I have a skin problem and just for I visited the surgery few times before, the problem is still there. Not very caring practice, I am afraid.
