Getting a response via telephone is like trying to get an audience with the Pope. Very poor response times from telephone reception. When and if you get an appointment the doctors are great but reception is disgraceful. I am making allowances for the current covid restrictions but the situation is still very poor regardless of all the restrictions that we all have to deal with. The worst GP in all of Britain,Two mornings I call from eight to eight-thirty on the line. Then a patient answers harshly, saying that today is full. I don't know who to complain to, especially the receptionist.
