This place is way too crowded and not enough resistance training machines. The team is nice and the place clean but you can’t find a machine.

Completely disorganized. I signed up my son for soccer lessons here and it has been a horrible experience for the both of us. He attended 3 classes and for all of them we were sent to different groups with different coaches. Each time we would ask who his coach or group was they would tell us "just go to this group for today and we will solve it later." Even though I paid for the season, he never received his shirt. So happy East Orlando Gym opened in this location! They keep on improving the facility. Plus, it's so much fun doing Zumba classes here - especially on Tuesday and Thursday nights!

Great environment and friendly team, they are basically like family! New equipment and tallented people to guide you throught your workout when needed. Group classes are fun! Activities for all ages (family friendly). Higly recommended!
