Get directionsCustomer service here is horrible. The staff act like they HATE their jobs and everything around them. I am a Hotel General Manager and can be a bit critical. Still, when you go to an employee who is "jamming" to his music on the A-Level directions to dermatology, and without a look, he yells out with attitude, "4th Floor". Only to realize that dermatology was literally around the corner from where he was sitting. I was really, really disappointed by how I was treated today - especially by my own people.
