This is by far the worst experience living in East Orange, for one I emailed my caseworker you know stating how was I scheduled for an inspection six days before the actual date ,they supposed to allow 30 days before they can schedule the appointment so the landlord can fix whatever they need to fix inside my apartment.. To top it off My caseworker emails me back this morning stating that as of August 1, I have a new caseworker. It’s a pleasure to write a review of Ms. S. Trotman who’s being working with my mother for the past 7 years. She’s responsive, honest, articulate and willing to help as much as she can. Ms. Trotman is also engaging and willing to go through extra steps to assist her clients. Thank you!
First and Foremost I want to say that Ms.Trotman is the best! Not only does she go above and beyond, but she is so sweet and nice! She actually takes her time with you and doesn’t have a nasty attitude. Very knowledgeable, patient and solves any problem you may have to better your situation. Definitely need more people like her working for Housing, because even just calling other offices people can be so nasty and rude but I’ve never experienced that from her! Mrs Shonette Trotman is such an incredible amazing person she always there to help me with my questions or concerns she has helped me and my daughter who is disabled she explaines everything she answers any questions that we may have she help us get through the process of the yearly paperwork with ease she goes above and beyond to make sure we get through this process with out a problem she has been a blessing to us and we appreciate her so much we don’t know what we would have done without her thank you Mrs Trotman you are ... read more
