First and Foremost I want to say that Ms.Trotman is the best! Not only does she go above and beyond, but she is so sweet and nice! She actually takes her time with you and doesn’t have a nasty attitude. Very knowledgeable, patient and solves any problem you may have to better your situation. Definitely need more people like her working for Housing, because even just calling other offices people can be so nasty and rude but I’ve never experienced that from her! The Section 8 office in Pensacola, FL been trying to get a hold of A Ms. Milton about my portability to New Jersey and not one answer from her or anyone at this office . Very unprofessional
