Our large wool area rug had become noticeably darker in the places where everyone walks every day. After the area rug cleaning service, those heavy traffic areas looked dramatically better. The rug feels softer, smells fresh, and the overall appearance of the room has improved much more than I expected.

Great experience overall. They cleaned my woven Flatweaves runner and repaired the edges that had started unraveling. The rug cleaning process took about a week and the final result was excellent. It’s difficult finding people who actually understand Flatweaves and hand-knotted rugs, but these guys clearly do.
