I have used them in the past and they continue to be one of the best! Staff are pleasant and professional and my area rug is sweet smelling. Awesome job! I will use them until one of us no longer needs the other! Thank you for great service!
Great experience overall. They cleaned my woven Flatweaves runner and repaired the edges that had started unraveling. The rug cleaning process took about a week and the final result was excellent. It’s difficult finding people who actually understand Flatweaves and hand-knotted rugs, but these guys clearly do.
I used them for Turkish rug cleaning, and I’m happy with the results. My flatweave rug looks cleaner and feels fresher now.
