Very helpful in giving information and advice on a car they had worked on. They didn't make any money on me and they were still super willing to help out. Knowledgeable and friendly.
Went in for a ~$9 part replacement which involved pulling the transmission so I opted to have my clutch replaced in the process. The tech improperly lined up the pressure plate to the flywheel resulting in a transmission issue which they found the third time replacing the clutch. The techs tried to rebuild the transmission but couldn't even get the gears to come off the shaft due to the damage resulting in me having to buy a brand new transmission. David and his techs did an excellent job taking care of my high mileage Grand Cherokee. They very knowlegable and accommodating. I trust them and will bring back any transmission related services. Thanks guys!
These guys did great work on my Wrangler, replaced the clutch and did exactly what I asked for...no more, no less. David called me once they pulled it out, and explained what had to be fixed, showed me the old parts when I picked it up. The mechanic that worked on my Jeep, showed me what work he did and answered my questions. I definitely recommend it!
