Ordered the "Chicago style pizza" they are 'known for" and it's a joke. Basically it's a pizza hut pizza with sauce on top. NOT. EVEN. CLOSE. to Chicago deep dish. Pizza tasted good, great crust! But DEFINITELY NOT Chicago deep dish. You need another 1" of cheese to even come close.
I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza earlier this week and and received a Chicago deep dish instead. No big deal, the pizza I received was ok, but I really wanted the buffalo chicken pizza. So I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza again today and I got a cheese and pepperoni pizza instead! The receipt on both orders had my name and my correct order printed on them. They must have mixed my label up with someone else's. Twice. In a week. I'm done
