Call and order a pizza, give an address delivery time goes from 1hr to.....we can’t deliver there because he has other delivery’s. Ok, I’d like to speak to the manager...” I am the manager” so your telling me 10 minutes out you can’t deliver!?!? Well it would be an additional 45minutes to an hour. FOR A 10 MINUTE DRIVE!?!?. I wouldn’t recommend this place to somwone I didn’t like let alone anyone else
Ordered 2 medium loaded pizzas on tonight 11/2/2019. The order was placed at 6:52pm online and was told 20 minutes. I called to make sure they had the order and was assured 20 minutes. We arrived at 7:20 to pick up and have been waiting over 40 mintues for the pizza. I would not reccomend the East of Chicago on Delaware ave. in Marion ohio. a approximate pick up time is warranted for bust busy individuals. Very very disappointed.
this place is a joke I ordered my food and it said it'll be there in an hour an hour and a half goes by I call them all the driver left 40 minutes ago driver arrives 2 hours late I take the food driver leaves I find out my food is cold called they were super snotty didn't care didn't apologize and I waited another two hours before I saw any food I will never ever order anything East Chicago again only good thing about this experience the driver was very friendly very nice and very apologetic but it wasn't the driver's fault ... read more

The one is urchsville Ohio has completely gone down hill they are awful and the last 3 times has got our order so messed up. Tonight we never got our order and when I called they were completely nasty I will never order again. We order at least one to two times a week and also where I work we order probably 4 times a week and I will never order again. What a terrible place.
I ordered two subs, an apple fold over and a 2 liter of Mt. Dew. The Mt. Dew didn't make it and the subs were dry and seriously lacking substance. The tomatoes were virtually non-existent as well as any condiments. I get everyone has a bad day now and again but this was an over-the-top bad day for your team members! Truly, a $30.00 disappointment.
