I ordered a delivery order, my family and I were not happy with the online experience (1)after I ordered it, nothing was updated properly to let us know the status of the order until I called over an hour later, the person informed me "well it's not in our store so it must be out for delivery" (2) the pizza tasted like it had sat under a warmer for a bit too long and the pizza had very little sauce on it, not at all what any of us remember to be what the bbq chicken pizza used to be like. My dad and I went here on our lunch break to try out the lunch Buffett & we left unhappy. There wasn’t anything to choose from. Cheesebread, 2 small 6 in subs, 1 pizza half pepperoni other half was banana peppers. While we were waiting for more options we were told we are just waiting on dessert. No ma’am we don’t want desert we wanted more of a variety to choose from. For $28 bucks for 2 people. It wasn’t worth it.
Been here multiple times trying to give it another chance but after getting a Chicago style and it having cold sauce on top is criminal. Rude service that night as well by a young lady. Also your dough just isn’t the same since we got the new owners. Put a liittle more oil in the pan! More oil is ok, we miss the greasy crust. Call Big Frank (Jones) and have him teach everyone to do dough please! Miss my favorite pizza joint in this small town.
Stopped in for the Pizza Buffet at East of Chicago in Ashland and was really impressed. The tables and restaurant were clean, and the buffet had a great variety of pizzas. I especially enjoyed the Big Mac pizza and the taco pizza. Everything was oven‑hot with crispy crusts and plenty of sauce.
