We were greeted well upon arrival! We had made reservations and they made a point to remember the details and make everything personal. Our wait staff were very generous and were timely with checking in! Luke was fabulous and made sure we were well taken care of. And the gardens and sanctuary-esque style of the grounds made for a very peaceful dinner and night!
Hotel is great except I had to fix the bathroom door to get it to move. Menu is limited but decent. I learned why nobody eats here. The prices are premium and the service is nonexistent. It took almost 3 hours for the dinner to arrive. If it was supposed to bed cold, it was warm. If it was meant to be hot, it was cold. No discount, no apology. They were quick with the bill though.
