Staff was very nice I was there for an annual exam and everyone was eager to help especially the nurse named Dorothy.
My original appointment is with Alexis Lewis, however I had an emergency surgery on Friday due to my appendix and I was still having gynecology after the surgery. The only reasons why I giving it two stars is because I was able to get my IUD taken out, the front desk was understanding and was able to squeeze me in despite it being my first time there. Carissa Brochet is a great gyno. She made me feel comfortable before and during my exam even though I was really nervous. She was happy to share her extensive knowledge in a way I could understand. The office staff was friendly and efficient!
Dr Parameshwaran has been my gynecologist for the past few years. She is very professional and easy to speak with. She responds promptly to questions and concerns.
I've been coming here for years, and have used this office for all three of my pregnancies even after moving 40 minutes away. The wait times are extensive. I'm never taken back on time regardless of when I come in. This past visit I was in the office for over 45 minutes and only had a weight and blood pressure checked. 20 minutes of that was just waiting to be called back. The staff are nice, but that doesn't make up for the lack of respect toward patient time.
