Carissa Brochet is a great gyno. She made me feel comfortable before and during my exam even though I was really nervous. She was happy to share her extensive knowledge in a way I could understand. The office staff was friendly and efficient!
Dr Parameshwaran has been my gynecologist for the past few years. She is very professional and easy to speak with. She responds promptly to questions and concerns.
I've been coming here for years, and have used this office for all three of my pregnancies even after moving 40 minutes away. The wait times are extensive. I'm never taken back on time regardless of when I come in. This past visit I was in the office for over 45 minutes and only had a weight and blood pressure checked. 20 minutes of that was just waiting to be called back. The staff are nice, but that doesn't make up for the lack of respect toward patient time.
I’ve been going to this practice for a few years now and worked with different providers but today I had an appointment with Alexis and she was absolutely lovely. Getting an annual exam can be uncomfortable at times for many reasons but Alexis made me feel comfortable and had such a positive energy. She was warm, knowledgeable, and kind and you can tell she cares about what she does. I had a great experience with Alexis and will continue coming back to see her for future appointments!
The office is unorganized, doesn’t listen, and doesn’t communicate. My refill took 4 weeks to get refilled. I NEVER received a call from the office indicating they received my refill request, that my prescription needed prior authorization, or when it was approved. I initially requested it to be called into my local pharmacy. They called mail order. I called them to go ahead with mail order after it was approved with my insurance. They cancel the mail order prescription. Another week goes by and I still have not prescription... read more
