Matt and colleague serviced our oil boiler today. They were very friendly efficient helpful and gave me confidence of being knowledgable and gave an excellent service. Slight issues with initial appointment time due to over running previous job but a notification from Tanya in the office and rearrangement of time slot and checking it was still convenient and Job done. Will definitely use in the future and get them back for my elderly parents boiler as you want people you can trust and not rip you off. Stuart in Surlingham
First plumber to respond - I rang three others several times with no answer. Polite receptionist returned call and job done as promised. Thank you.
Called twice, the receptionist said she would get back to me as soon as she spoke to the plumber, both times. She never did, it’s been a week now. Luckily we have a spare toilet to use whilst ours isn’t working! Can also see this isn’t the first time they’ve not bothered to get back in touch either
Had an LPG gas central heating system installed… excellent workmanship … everything clean and tidy at the end of each day and completed within the time and price quoted Thank you j
