Today was my first visit there… It was an awesome experience, from receptionists to dental assistant, to Dr!!! Evryone was warm and professional. Everyone eased the tension and anxiety of “going to the dentist”.
Great staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable to boot. Even though we eventually moved 30 minutes away, I still drive out to see them for all my dental care!
I’ve never had a more comfortable experience at the dentist than at East Nashville Dentistry. Dr. Kitsman was great. Very calm, gentle, and easy to talk to. I’ve always disliked going to the dentist because past experiences felt rushed or rough, but this was completely different. Montana, the dental tech, was also awesome. She made everything feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Overall, just a really solid experience. Definitely recommend if you’re not a fan of the dentist.
Dr. Kitsman and the entire staff, was very polite, professional, and prompt. I arrived at 10:28 for a 10:30 appointment, and barely sit down before I was called back. Lovely conversation throughout the entire visit.
Super welcoming and warming staff. They took care of me from start to finish! Highly recommend!
