Hi I took my puppy Molly to get her checked for stomach problems, because its our vet. This time the whole experince was terrible! First they want money charging us for every little thing like a blood vile. Next we didn't have much money ai I got approved for cherry 200 dollars and we put 150 down. They keeped coming asking for more. The worst part is when we ran out of money they said will charge another 150 for the night and get her back when they can!!! How inappropriate that is! Amazing vet ❤️ I had a 20yr old cat who was in the end stages of kidney disease and they came to my house in Albuquerque to help my cats passing be as peaceful as possible. Thank you so much East Mountain veterinary❤️ 🌈 🐾
The techs are very kind and great with my 4 legged pup. Great job on her nail trim and anal glands, reasonably priced as well compared to Albuquerque vets.
The check in process is long and I was 2nd there and they took dogs before my cat. The vet tech, Luke, who did get us was kind amd thorough with all paperwork. The check out process took a while. I sm appreciative that they work with all animals and if I have a sick chicken, I'll likely come here again.
