I’ve been here multiple times and the staff are awesome. It’s refreshing to talk to people that are trying to help you find the best possible solution instead of the most expensive one. That’s how you earn customer loyalty. Shane was the best today. I’ll be coming here for all my future pool needs!
I had gone to Leslie's pool store and I was quote $140.00 for the part I needed. I went to East Mountain Pooland bought the part for $89 dollars. They were very friendly too.
Didn’t use their pool cleaning service, so not rating them on this. Giving them a one star review because one of their employees driving their company truck this morning almost hit my wife and I as we were using a crosswalk. We were already in the cross walk while their employee was about 500 feet away. We stopped as she was clearly speeding in a residential area and afraid she wasn’t paying attention. Wow! I had a fantastic customer service experience today! Very rare these days.... went in there with a Hayward pool vacuum and they quickly looked at it, tightened up some screws, gave me some quick maintenance advise and had me out the door! Even though there location is much further than the local big store "Leslie's", I will be uisng this pool supply for any future needs. The service provided between them and Leslie's is night and day. Truly a positive experience. Thank you!
Our favorite pool store! Employees are always knowledgeable and quick. Easy to switch a crate of chlorine or acid for full ones.
