Much appreciation for East Mountain Pool, I had several issues with my pool from chemical imbalances & myriad of computer malfunctions & parts. I can attest various technicians/Management at each turn went above & beyond helping myself & family facilitate placing our pool back in pristine operation. All without exorbitant charges.

Honestly this company is trash. I’ve worked here for 3 weeks and one day, completed my training for those weeks and still got fired. The boss tricked my into thinking I was going to get a new company truck since the truck I was driving was completely rundown, had me go back to pools that I had just completed all because of one leaf that had fallen into the pool afterwards. Nobody will help you on the job sites nor situations that will occur. The Boss will also have you start off minimum wage and then work your way down to $1... read more

We built a new pool in 2022, and East Mountain Pool & Spa was highly recommended by many of our friends for regular maintenance. Their customer service is top-notch, and we can always count on our pool running and feeling great. During an uncommonly huge rainstorm this year, our pool ended up filled with mud after our storm runoff got blocked by debris.
