I was very pleased with the therapy I received the other day at East Mountain PT. I was treated for some serious pain in my lower back by Asia. She did a thorough exam and listened closely to my description of my issue. She suggested a procedure called "dry needling," explained it to me and I agreed to it. The day after the procedure, the inflammation had heightened and was pretty painful. Today, it has started to diminish, as Asia said it would.
