The old receptionist at the desk is very rude. She really needs to learn some customer service skills. Really, they should hire a new person.
I have gone to this eye clinic for eye exams and glasses for a number of years. Dr. Walker is one of the best eye doctors I have ever seen. She is excellent in finding the exact prescription for me. The staff is friendly and take time with me to do explain things. Appointments are easy to book without a long wait and the wait time for visits is short. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. DO NOT GO THERE. SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE AND GO TO WALMART OR DOWN TO ALBUQUERQUE...I WENT THERE FOR AN EXAM WHERE THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED GLASSES, I PICKED OUT MY GLASSES AND THEY ORDERED THEM, WHEN I WENT TO PICK THEM UP, THEY WEREN'T THE GLASSES I PICKED OUT ...
