Poor attitude from staff and I consistently have to deal with nosey geriatric "busy-bodies." If service doesn't improve I will be looking elsewhere.

I followed my doctor here. Unfortunately, since being taken over by Berkshire Health Systems, East Mountain has gone hell. You can’t see a doctor any more. If you get beyond the thicket of gate-keepers (unlikely) you are in the hands of a constantly shifting cast of over-stretched nurse-practitioners. You never talk to let alone, see the same person twice. Not recommended.

I came here because my original primary care physician left their office and I needed to find a new one. I won't mention the physician by name but they ordered blood tests for me that without my knowledge cost $2,600. Insurance only covered $1,000 of that and the rest I'm left to pay out of pocket. I've tried numerous times calling and Meredith who directs the office literally has dodged my phone call and says that I am responsible for the bill.
