My husband took my car here. They found three chips in my window. They repaired two and proceeded to tell him the third was not repairable so now we have paid for the two AND now we have to buy a new window. WHY would they do this knowing the window needed replaced????? I am all for helping out small business, I am all for supporting businesses out here BUT doing this was wrong. Had a great experience at East Mountain Auto Glass. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in quickly when I needed my windshield replaced. They had the job done the same day, which made the whole process super convenient. Pricing was very fair too. I’m always glad to support a solid local business that takes care of its customers.
