Dr. Nazreen is a very thorough in her practice and helpful. Thank you, doctor for taking care of my mum during her difficult days and my entire family too. Dr.Jyoti is very lovely. Long wait time & no bulk billing has stopped me from going there now as I’m not a pensioner.
Forget this place if you value your time ….. expect to wait 45 minutes at a minimum but they will call you if you haven’t turned up before your official appointment time
Made a booking online over 2 weeks ago the website still said bulk billing between 12pm-1pm. Today i go in for my appointment & get told bulk billing's no longer available, i haven't visited here in months so you think they would call or email to inform me of the changes, then i had to sit & wait 25 mins past my booking time just to get a script done which took 2 minutes... this place has gotten worse
