Dr Joy and Dr Nisreen very condescending, Vipin Lal was decent though. super long waiting times
Total BS place, had an appointment at 11 went there at 10:30 early cause I was new patient filled form and everything but never got called asked reception at 11, 11:30, 12, 12:30, 4 times got the same response he must be busy btw it’s was with Vipin Lal finally he went on break at 1o’clock, I was so furious and ended up leaving, thanks for the great experience I’ll never forget. BS place ever! Value people time if they make appointments idiots.

The East Medical Morley Centre has been the worst experience for me. I’ve visited three times, and every single time I’ve had to wait at least an hour, even with a scheduled appointment. I’ve had to take time off work just to see the doctor, which makes the delay even more frustrating. The reception staff are extremely unprofessional – the lady at the front desk is rude, lacks basic politeness, and comes across as racist. I will never return, and honestly, they deserve a rating below zero.
