Worst medical centre my family have ever had to deal with. Suggest avoiding this medical centre if you actually need medical help or don’t want to continuously spend money to see the doctor but receive zero answers or outcome. Doctors give you the absolute run around and reception staff is always too busy when trying to request your medical records or reports be sent to a new clinic. Absolutely appalling behaviour. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolute shame on you East Morley Medical
Dr. Nazreen is a very thorough in her practice and helpful. Thank you, doctor for taking care of my mum during her difficult days and my entire family too. Dr.Jyoti is very lovely. Long wait time & no bulk billing has stopped me from going there now as I’m not a pensioner.
Forget this place if you value your time ….. expect to wait 45 minutes at a minimum but they will call you if you haven’t turned up before your official appointment time
