Ive been going here for years and it has become such a joke! I will not be going back after a recent visit and the incompetence they displayed. Find somewhere else to go, dont waste your money or time here.
Love my Dr but the old lady at the counter Eliana is so nasty! She talks to everyone like they beneath her.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I called and made an appointment with then stated the reason I was coming in and they also confirmed they took my insurance. I am 45 min away and was only going because this dr was able to due a procedure I needed. I got a call saying to come in a few min early to fill out paper work and then 20 min into the driveway e they call and say they do t have a dr that can do the procedure and canceled my apps. 4th time here today, all i have to say to the front desk ladies is - maybe get another job if you’re gonna be judgmental. After handling an slower older lady they laughed at her as she walked away then proceeded to give me dirty looks and attitude as i walked up.. like come on. grow up.
