Very friendly been with them for years
Shawana Sumrall was very nice and was super willing to help me get my account set up. Great customer service goes a long way.
The last storm resulted in me being without power for 2 1/2 days. I thought everything in my freezer was going to unthaw. I am disappointed in how long it took to get to us isolated country folk, even though I understand you get more populated areas first, however, us isolated folks are the ones with freezers we stock because trips to town are far and few between and costly to make.
