Have used East Metro since I moved to St Paul. Always answer my calls and all my questions. Everyone there is very friendly!
East Metro Insurance has been extremely friendly and helpful over the past decade our family has been with them. They are knowledgeable and always able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. I appreciate how they go above and beyond finding me the best rate and coverage for our home and business needs. I would highly recommend them for their top notch customer service, which is at times hard to find these days.
Looks like I was mistaken in my first review now after I had been a loyal customer here for years they decided to more then double my insurance premiums. When ask why the only explanation I was given was everyone is increasing premiums. Except that’s false because after shopping around I saved more then 150 per month for one car from what this scammer company was charging me. No tickets no accidents no nothing for there to be an increase of more then double!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!
