This is my back up vet, when my preferred vet isn't in office. They will be taking the number one spot VERY soon. I shop were CUSTOMER SERVICE is excellent. I called and wasn't placed on hold. The receptionist was very understanding and immediately got me in. My appointment time was at 10am. I arrived a little late, because I couldnt seem to gather myself together. Dr. Laros is amazing! We brought our dog to her for acupuncture when our vet recommended it for a neck issue. He was doing so much better after just the first visit! She was so sweet and so excited to hear how great he was doing already after the first visit, you can tell she truly cares! Her work is amazing, and I highly recommend her!
This is a great place to take your pets! We bring our dogs, Holly (Golden retriever) and Princes (Yorkie)there. They take great care of them, boarding, grooming and for medical attention. Our Golden actually gets excited when she goes there, go figure.
My pup always feels like a star when she comes here. Such a great practice for Memphis! Great staff, great location and Dr. Bean is the best.
