All personnel was cordial & professional with the explanation of my procedure,but no one started off by telling me their name. I worked in the medical field for 47 yrs(nurse) and I was taught to introduce yourself first. I have found this defiency in other medical settings.

My first visit was great! It was so nice and clean.The staff greeted me kindly, guided me with what to do,my wait time was short, my procedure was done efficiently and appreciative.The staff thanked me for coming 😊
