EMAC is part of my Wellhub network and I was refused admission because the owners weren't there to 'set me up'; after driving from Collierville Tennessee to check out a gym I'd heard good things about.
I've been going here for over a year and a half and this gym is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. When I started coming here I started their FOCUS program. With that I was working out 5 days a week, took a hiatus from drinking, and was eating the healthiest diet I had been on in a long time. Since I finished that program I go to the gym up to 3 days a week but have kept up with my diet for the most part. This programs are great. I sold my school, retired, then had a head on collision. Campbells Clinic put me together beautifully but I still needed help with balance, strength and I wanted to lose a bit of weight. EMAC was AMAZING! I love coming here. The results have been totally amazing. I honestly didn’t think I would improve this much. The coaches are so helpful s as nd supportive. I highly recommend this small, cozy slice of heaven!
