Absolutely amazing experience. Had my first ever egg collection procedure today and wow I cannot rave about all the amazing people who work here enough. From the get go I was welcomed and admitted in so professionally, I was kept warm and comfortable throughout with warm blankets. My anaesthetist team and my amazing specialist Dr Lantsberg were all fantastic. The most well run system and friendly people ever.
Reception area has been renovated since my last visit and it's beautiful and seats are comfortable. Staff, nurses and doctors were very upbeat. Smooth operators!
I received great service and care. I was the last patient in a very busy day yet all of them from reception to nurses and doctors did their best and were very energetic. Thank you everyone
Very friendly staff however the waiting room needs a significant upgrade. Not a very comfortable place prior to surgery and you've got to wait. Other places have nice recliners etc. Would be worth upgrading to be able to feel more comfortable.
Had two procedures here and both times were well taken care of, especially during recovery. The first anaesthetist was probably much more empathetic than the second one though. Waiting time is short too, admissions were organised and quick.
