I have had several procedures with Dr Washaya whom I found to be very professional and patient and very willing to answer my questions and concerns. I would have no hesitation in seeing him again. His wife on Reception is an absolute delight, so friendly and caring. It makes a great difference when you are anxious, to be greeted warmly and put at ease. Thank you both very much.
Having presented to Maitland Public Hospital and requiring emergency surgery I was fortunate to have been placed under the care of Dr Washaya and his team. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone one day after months of calls and consultations. She assured me they’d be able to fix my split ear. I was over the moon! First consult I was also told it is definitely fixable - this was the best news! By the time the 4th consult & $180 x 4 visits - I was told he cannot stitch it back together.
