Dr. Rambarran is a great dentist. I was a few months pregnant and in a lot of pain from an infection. He took care of my pain and referred me to a root canal specialist to get it taken care of. He put my crown in and did a great job. Kind, soft spoken, and a nice guy.
This is an honest review. I was going to Dr. Rambarran for a few years and everything was fine at first. He is a competent dentist & was usually kind and punctual with all of my appointments. Then one day in December right before Christmas, I went to have a cracked molar fixed. His assistant took two X-rays prior to him seeing me. Unfortunately I don't remember her name but she injured my tongue badly from not placing the X-ray equipment properly in my mouth. Dr.Rambarran’s office was very cleaned and the staff were very kind and welcoming. They had sent me the paperwork online ahead of time so I could start my appointment as soon as I arrived. Dr.Rambarran was kind and accommodating to my needs a patient. I look forward to my next cleaning in 6 months!
I should have looked at the reviews these ppl suck . I called at 8:59 am my apt is at 9am I said I will be 5 minutes late the lady at the front desk said five minutes late exactly because if your more than five minutes late we have to reschedule I was there at 9:03 am I don’t need the attitude their was no other patients in there . I will not be back I like nice ppl mean ppl suck .
My 15-year-old son was in terrible pain, and when we went to Dr. Rammbaran’s office twice for help, they refused to treat him and told us to find another dentist. The staff and doctor were rude and dismissive. No child should ever be turned away when they’re suffering. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this office to any parent.
