Do yourself a favor a do not come to this pharmacy. I have been working here for the past 2 years the pharmacist knows of the mistakes that have been going on for 3 months now of not discontinuing old prescriptions. They did not do drug pick verification for almost 2 years which is fraud lying to the insurance company. They do not care about they're patients constantly doing mistakes on the med boxes . Horrible customer service
For the past three year I have been going to East Main Pharmacy in Waterbury for medications for myself. Yesterday I drove 10 minutes to the pharmacy. When I arrived, walked in and asked for the medicine. I was completely ignored when I asked for assistance. After twenty minutes of waiting, the pharmacist approached with an attitude.
