I have been living here for 5 years under Jones. In the takeover, I just want to share how valuable your assistant manager, Caroline Quinn has gone over and beyond to help me with everything needed living in my apartment. I do have affordable and she has taken me through every step painlessly and stayed on top of what needed to be done to achieve still living here. Edit: Peter and Hector are no longer here, but maintenance is slowing getting through work orders. Original: So many things to say. Packages are stolen frequently. Please install security cameras in that coat closet package shelving. I had my meal delivery package stolen last month from outside the building door and because there are no cameras outside the buildings I cannot prove what happened. Bummer.
