From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Jain was professional, clear, and walked me through my exam and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. The hygienist who did my cleaning was sweet, gentle, and brought such positive energy to the visit. Overall, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and I left feeling well cared for. Highly recommend!
As someone who has a fear of dentists, I have to say that Dr. Kiledjian was passionate, kind and very gentle when, a couple of months ago, she had to pull a tooth that cracked and also did bone graph. I didn’t feel a thing!!! Even during my cleaning, they make me feel comfortable and at ease. The whole staff is so nice and caring and they always have smiles on their faces. I definitely recommend East Madison Dental for pain free dental work.
The customer service are great very accommodating and thoughtful. The dentist ( sorry forgot her name and her assistant are patient,they are all doing great job!! Kudos to all of them!!
Accommodated my wife’s dental emergency with care and patience; explained all procedures and answered all questions. Will follow up to ensure all is well. Grateful for their professionalism and kindness.
Dr. Mary Kiledjian is fabulous. I had an emergency and she managed my case with perfection and professionalism. I highly recommend her. The staff is also phenomenal.
