Some great people work here, but unfortunately the receptionist, Cindy, is consistently rude and unprofessional. She comes across as condescending, dismissive, and even verbally aggressive at times. It’s especially concerning to encounter this behavior in a mental health facility, where compassion and respect should be the standard. It’s disappointing that this issue is so widely recognized and yet continues to go unaddressed.
Where to start, if you have to go there for a DCF psychological evaluation be forewarned. "Dr" Randall and I use that term lightly, is paid by the state, so whatever DCF wants to do is how the report be written. Case in point DCF wanted to reunite our grandson with his drug addicted biological sperm donor after being in our care since birth to 3 1/2 years. Completely agree with all previous comments about communicating with this practice! Receptionist is incredibly rude and dismissive. Not what you’re looking for when your child is in crisis!!!
Completely agree with all of the other comments about Cindy the receptionist. Cannot believe that she hasn’t been fired yet after reading all of the other reviews about her. How is someone so rude and dismissive allowed to work in a place that frequently deals with vulnerable people? Those who call this place are already struggling to begin with, and Cindy loves to kick people while they’re down.
