The emergency room is really lacking in several areas. Docs seem to be good but staff is sooo inadequate. I went for kidney stone and Never received a pain med the whole time. Doc said I could have something but I was left alone for hours until the morning imaging staff got there at 8:30. My complaints were ignored. Imaging and lab staff were great though.
