East Lawnmower repaired my Craftsman riding lawnmower last week and their service was unbelivable! My mower runs like new, and I recommend this company to all in need of prestigeous services. They are very busy, so make your appointment ahead of time..
I have Ridgid tools and they repaired them . I couldnt find a Dealer anywhere in Charlotte , but East Lawnmower came to my rescue !! Thanks Joe & Stacy
Terrible service..... – If time and communication are important to you, AVOID THIS DEALER. First, they rarely even answer their phone. Instead, you are asked to leave a message and they will call you.....maybe. Second, when they say that the part will be avail in about 2-3 days....add a week to that and MAYBE you will have it. Third, the other reviews for this dealer have been written by the dealer himself.....a means of "self promoting". If time and good communications are important to you, AVOID THESE FOLKS and go elsewher... read more
